Concept & Design

We design floor plans tailored to your block, budget and Brisbane council codes, including small-lot and character requirements.

Structural Engineering

Sustainable, economical structural engineering completed in-house, alongside the design rather than handed to a third party.

Documentation & DA

Full construction documentation prepared. We advise whether a Development Application is needed and manage it if so.

Building Approval

We arrange building approval through an independent certifier as required, keeping the process moving.

Ready to Construct

Your plans are complete and approved. We stay on hand to answer builder and design questions through your build.
